क्षीणाष्टमगहिमांशोर्दाये व्याध्यादिपीडितो मनुजः। स्त्रीकृतदोषनिमित्तैर्दारिद्र्याद्युन्नतिं लभते॥३१॥

When the Moon is in depression or occupying the 8th house and her Dasa is in progress, the native will meet with his end or constantly suffer from diseases. If the Moon in the above condition be also conjoined with a malefic, he will meet with his end or will be expelled from his caste.

If the Moon become obscure or eclipsed, the native will have a fall from his position, will be mentally afflicted, suffer from jaundice and similar diseases. There will further be risk from water.
