उदयगते राज्याप्तिः कर्मगते स्त्रीप्रजार्थसम्पत्तिः। एवं चन्द्रदशाफलमंशकचारैस्तथैव वक्तव्यम्॥३५॥
When the Moon is in the Lagna and her Dasa is in progress, the native will become the owner of an estate.
