प्राणं चेदिडया पिबेन्नियमितं भूयोऽन्यया' रेचयेत् पीत्वा पिंगलया समीरणमथो बदध्वा' त्यजेद्वामया" I सूर्याचन्द्रमसोरनेन विधिना बिम्बद्वयं ध्यायताम् शुद्धा नाडिगणा" भवन्ति यमिनां मासत्रयादूर्ध्वतः ॥३-८६॥

Regularly inhale prāṇa through iḍa and exhale through the other. Thereafter, draw the air in through pingala, retain and exhale through the left (nostril). This practice is done through surya and chandra, while visualizing the two discs (of the Sun and Moon). The yogis attain purification of the group of the naḍis after three months.
