अथ महामुद्रा-महामुद्रां प्रवक्ष्यामि वशिष्ठेनोक्तमादरात् I

पादमूलेन वामेन योनिं सम्पीड्य दक्षिणम् I पादं प्रसारितं कृत्वा कराभ्यां पूरयेन्मुखम् I कण्ठे बन्धं' समारोप्य पूरयेद्वायुमूर्ध्वतः॥२-३७॥
Press the perineum with the left heel, extend the right leg and hold it with both the hands, inhale the air and apply jalandhara bandha and retain the air in the upper region.

बाईं एड़ी से मूलाधार को दबाएं, दाहिने पैर को फैलाएं और दोनों हाथों से पकड़ें, हवा अंदर लें और जालंधर बंध लगाएं और हवा को ऊपरी क्षेत्र में बनाए रखें।

यथा दण्डाहतः सर्पो दण्डाकारः प्रजायते I ऋज्वीभूता तथा शक्तिः कुण्डली सहजा भवेत् ॥२-३८॥
kundali śakti becomes straight, just as a snake hit by a stick, becomes straight.

कुंडली शक्ति सीधी हो जाती है, जैसे लाठी से मारा गया सांप सीधा हो जाता है।

For such a person, there is nothing like recommended or prohibited food. All that is tasteless becomes tasty. Even deadliest poison is digested like milk.

ऐसे व्यक्ति के लिए अनुशंसित या निषिद्ध भोजन जैसा कुछ नहीं है। जो कुछ भी बेस्वाद है वह स्वादिष्ट हो जाता है। घातक से घातक जहर भी दूध की तरह पच जाता है।
