उन्मत्तानां च या गाथाः शिशूनां यच्च भाषितम् । स्त्रियो यच्च प्रभाषन्ते तस्य नास्ति व्यतिक्रमः ॥ ४६-९६ ॥
The vernacular songs of lunatics, utterances of children and the words of women will never fail to come to pass.
english translation
unmattAnAM ca yA gAthAH zizUnAM yacca bhASitam । striyo yacca prabhASante tasya nAsti vyatikramaH ॥ 46-96 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptपूर्वं चरति देवेषु पश्चाच् चरति मानुषान् । नाचोदिता वाग्वदति सत्या ह्येषा सरस्वती ॥ ४६-९७ ॥
Words of truth are to be found in the Devas, from them they come to men; human words are, therefore, prompted by the Devas and are therefore true.

pUrvaM carati deveSu pazcAc carati mAnuSAn । nAcoditA vAgvadati satyA hyeSA sarasvatI ॥ 46-97 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptउत्पातान्गणितविवर्जितो अपि बुद्ध्वा विख्यातो भवति नरेन्द्रवल्लभश्च । एतत्तन्मुनिवचनं रहस्यं उक्तं यज्ज्ञात्वा भवति नरस्त्रिकालदर्शी ॥ ४६-९८ ॥
Even though ignorant of astronomy and astrology, if a person should be well learned in the laws of portents, he would become famous and would be liked by the king. I have thus stated the secret views of the Ṛṣis by thorough study of which one acquires a knowledge of the past, of the present and of the future.

utpAtAngaNitavivarjito api buddhvA vikhyAto bhavati narendravallabhazca । etattanmunivacanaM rahasyaM uktaM yajjJAtvA bhavati narastrikAladarzI ॥ 46-98 ॥
