पूर्वं चरति देवेषु पश्चाच् चरति मानुषान् । नाचोदिता वाग्वदति सत्या ह्येषा सरस्वती ॥ ४६-९७ ॥
Words of truth are to be found in the Devas, from them they come to men; human words are, therefore, prompted by the Devas and are therefore true.
