मधु मुखमिव सोत्पलं प्रियायाः कलरणना परिवादिनी प्रियेव । कुसुमचयमनोरमा च शय्या किसलयिनी लतिकेव पुष्पिताग्रा ॥ ४६ ॥
The face of the beloved lady is like the utpalaṃ – Nymphaea stellata with madhu (lily flower full of nector), her voice soft like musical notes of the lute, on her bed, the collection of flowers spread elegantly, and she is like a creeper with flowers.

madhu mukhamiva sotpalaM priyAyAH kalaraNanA parivAdinI priyeva । kusumacayamanoramA ca zayyA kisalayinI latikeva puSpitAgrA ॥ 46 ॥

[Other properties of aphrodisiacs] Though there is no pain/discomfort/displeasure either in the country (habitat) or the body, not any deficiency in wealth still mental breakdown happens sometimes. At that time these aphrodisiac recipes help to satisfy the desires of lust.

Girija (shilajatu): Best in Bastija (diseases of the urinary bladder). Dhātrī & Niśā: Best in Prameha / Meha (diabetes). Ayas (iron): Best in Pandu (anemia). Abhayā: Best in Anila (Vata) and Kapha aggravation. Pippalī: Best in Plihamaya (diseases of the spleen). Kṛmijā (laksha): Best in Urasandhana (healing wounds of the lungs/body). Śukataru: Best in Visha (poison). Guggulu: Best in Medas (fat) and Anila (Vata) aggravation.

Surā (beer), Chaga paya (goat’s milk), and Chaga mamsa (goat’s meat): Best in Shosha (consumption/emaciation).
