Three hundred (by number) of vraṇakṛtāṃ – Semecarpus anacardium, crushed are boiled in one drona (12.228 liters) of water and decoction reduced to one aadhaka (3.072 litres). To this are added one paatra (one aadhaka – 3.072 litres) of taila and a paste of one pala (48 grams) each of Picrorhiza kurroa, the two visha, Aconitum ferox Aconitum heterophyllum varā – Triphala, red ochre and Emerald and medicated oil cooked. This is best in curing all types of skin disease.
