ताम्राच्छसिङ्घाणकता कर्णनादश्च जन्तुजे । वातोल्बणाः शिरःकम्पं तत्संज्ञं कुर्वते मलाः ॥ १५ ॥

coppery red (tāmra) and clear/thin (accha) nasal discharge (siṅghāṇakatā), and noise in the ears (karṇanāda) are caused in headache due to worms (jantuje). Doshas with the predominance of Vata, produce shaking of the head known by that term Shirahkampa.
