तन्द्रा शूनाक्षिकूटत्वं कर्णकण्डूयनं वमिः रक्तात्पित्ताधिकरुजः सर्वैः स्यात्सर्वलक्षणः ॥ ११ ॥
stupor (tandrā), swelling around the eye sockets (śūna-akṣikūṭatvaṃ), itching inside the ears (karṇa-kaṇḍūyanaṃ), and vomiting (vamiḥ). In those born from Rakta, the pain is similar to that of Pitta origin, but more severe pain and in that caused by all the doshas, features of all them will be present simultaneously.

tandrA zUnAkSikUTatvaM karNakaNDUyanaM vamiH raktAtpittAdhikarujaH sarvaiH syAtsarvalakSaNaH ॥ 11 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसङ्कीर्णैर्भोजनैर्मूर्ध्नि क्लेदिते रुधिरामिषे । कोपिते सन्निपाते च जायन्ते मूर्ध्नि जन्तवः ॥ १२ ॥
By indulgence in incompatible/mixed foods (saṅkīrṇaiḥ bhojanaiḥ), the blood (rudhira) and muscle tissue (āmiṣa) in the head become over-hydrated/moistened (kledite) and, with all the doṣas aggravated together (kopite sannipāte), lead to the growth of worms/parasites (jantavaḥ) in the head.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptशिरसस्ते पिबन्तोऽस्रं घोराः कुर्वन्ति वेदनाः । चित्तविभ्रंशजननीर्ज्वरः कासो बलक्षयः ॥ १३ ॥
These, drinking the blood (asra) from the head, cause severe/terrible pain (ghorāḥ vedanāḥ) that produces disorders/confusion of the mind (citta-vibhraṃṣa-jananīḥ), along with fever (jvara), cough (kāsa), and loss of strength (bala-kṣaya).

Dryness (raukṣya), swelling (śopha), pricking (vyadha) and cutting (chēda) pain, burning sensation (dāha), throbbing (sphuraṇa), and foul odor (pūtitā) in the scalp/skull (kapāle); itching (kaṇḍūḥ), dryness (śoṣa) of the palate and head, lassitude/drowsiness (pramīlaka);

hk transliteration by Sanscriptताम्राच्छसिङ्घाणकता कर्णनादश्च जन्तुजे । वातोल्बणाः शिरःकम्पं तत्संज्ञं कुर्वते मलाः ॥ १५ ॥
coppery red (tāmra) and clear/thin (accha) nasal discharge (siṅghāṇakatā), and noise in the ears (karṇanāda) are caused in headache due to worms (jantuje). Doshas with the predominance of Vata, produce shaking of the head known by that term Shirahkampa.
