सङ्कीर्णैर्भोजनैर्मूर्ध्नि क्लेदिते रुधिरामिषे । कोपिते सन्निपाते च जायन्ते मूर्ध्नि जन्तवः ॥ १२ ॥
By indulgence in incompatible/mixed foods (saṅkīrṇaiḥ bhojanaiḥ), the blood (rudhira) and muscle tissue (āmiṣa) in the head become over-hydrated/moistened (kledite) and, with all the doṣas aggravated together (kopite sannipāte), lead to the growth of worms/parasites (jantavaḥ) in the head.
