अश्वत्थजम्ब्वाम्रधनञ्जयत्वक् त्वक् चाहिमारात्खदिरस्य सार: । क्वाथेन तेषां घनतां गतेन तच्चूर्णयुक्ता गुटिका विधेया: ॥ ८२ ॥
along with the barks (tvak) of aśvattha – Ficus religiosa, jambū – Syzygium cumini, āmra – Mangifera indica, dhanañjaya – Terminalia arjuna, and ahimāra – Acacia farnesiana, as well as sāra (heartwood extract) of khadira – Acacia catechu, are made into a decoction; when it becomes thick (condensed), powder of these same herbs is added, and pills (guṭikā) should be prepared.

ता धारिता घ्नन्ति मुखेन नित्यं कण्ठौष्ठताल्वादिगदान् सुकृच्छ्रान् । विशेषतो रोहिणिकास्यशोषगन्धान् विदेहाधिपतिप्रणीताः ॥ ८३ ॥
These pills, when kept in the mouth daily, cure diseases of the throat, lips, palate, etc., which are difficult to cure (sukṛcchra), especially Rohiṇī (diphtheritic/tonsillar disorders), Āsyaśoṣa (dryness of mouth), and Āsyagandha (foul mouth odor); this formulation was authored/designed by the King of Videha (Videhādhipati).

खदिरतुलामम्बुघटे पक्त्वा तोयेन तेन पिष्टैश्च । चन्दनजोङ्गककुङ्कुमपरिपेलववालकोशीरैः ॥ ८४ ॥
One tulā (4.8 kg) of khadira – Acacia catechu is boiled in one ghaṭa (1024 tolas / 12.288 liters reduced to a quarter) of water; with that decoction and the paste of: candana – Santalum album, joṅgaka – Aquilaria agallocha / Argyreia speciosa, kuṅkuma – Crocus sativus, paripelava – Cyperus esculentus, vālaka – Coleus vettiveroides, and uśīra – Vetiveria zizanioides,
