पित्तास्रे पित्तरक्तघ्नः कफघ्नश्च कफे विधिः । लिखेच्छाकादिपत्रैश्च पिटिकाः कठिनाः स्थिराः ॥ ७६ ॥
In those caused by Pitta and Asra (blood), treatments which mitigate Pitta and Rakta (blood) should be done; in those caused by Kapha, treatments which mitigate Kapha are required. The eruptions (piṭikā) which are hard and static should be scraped with (rough) leaves of trees like Śāka (tectona grandis), etc.

यथादोषोदयं कुर्यात्सन्निपाते चिकित्सितम् । नवेऽर्बुदे त्वसंवृद्धे छेदिते प्रतिसारणम् ॥ ७७ ॥
In case of that caused by Sannipāta (aggravation of all three doshas together), treatment should be done according to the doshas that predominate in order of degree (yathā-doṣodaya). In Arbuda (tumor/mass) which is of recent onset and not greatly grown, it should be cut (excised) and the site rubbed (pratisāraṇa) with

स्वर्जिकानागरक्षौद्रैः क्वाथो गण्डूष इष्यते । गुडूचीनिम्बकल्कोत्थो मधुतैलसमन्वितः ॥ ७८ ॥
powder of svarjikā – alkali and nāgara – Zingiber officinale mixed with honey; for holding in the mouth (gaṇḍūṣa), the decoction prepared with paste of guḍūcī – Tinospora cordifolia and nimba – Azadirachta indica, mixed with honey (madhu) and oil (taila), is ideal.

यवान्नभुक् तीक्ष्णतैलनस्याभ्यङ्गांस्तथाऽऽचरेत् । वमिते पूतिवदने धूमस्तीक्ष्णः सनावनः ॥ ७९ ॥
He should consume foods prepared from yava (barley), and resort to strong nasal medication (nasya) with oil and body massage (abhyaṅga). For Pūtivadana (halitosis/foul mouth odor), after emesis (vamita), therapies such as inhalation of strong smoke (tīkṣṇa dhūma) and nasal medication (nāvana) should be adopted;

समङ्गाधातकीलोध्रफलिनीपद्मकैर्जलम् । धावनं वदनस्यान्तश्चूर्णितैरवचूर्णितम् ॥ ८० ॥
the inside of the mouth should be washed with the decoction (jala) of samaṅgā – Rubia cordifolia, dhātakī – Woodfordia fruticosa, lodhra – Symplocos racemosa, phalinī – Callicarpa macrophylla, and padmaka – Prunus cerasoides, and dusted/rubbed with the fine powder (cūrṇita) of these same herbs;
