जिह्वा शीतासहा गुर्वी स्फुटिता कण्टकाचिता । विवृणोति च कृच्छ्रेण मुखं पाको मुखस्य सः ॥ ५९ ॥

the tongue becomes intolerant to cold, feels heavy, cracked, and feels as though full of thorns, and there is difficulty in opening the mouth—this is Mukhapaka (caused by Vata).

jihvA zItAsahA gurvI sphuTitA kaNTakAcitA । vivRNoti ca kRcchreNa mukhaM pAko mukhasya saH ॥ 59 ॥
