गलग्रहश्च क्लोम्नि स्यात्सर्वाङ्गप्रग्रहो हृदि । प्रमोदस्तमकः कासो हृदये घट्टनं व्यथा ॥ १४ ॥

An obstruction of the throat (galagraha) occurs if the abscess is in the kloma; catching pain or rigidity all over the body (sarvanga-pragraha), profound delusion (pramoha), darkness/unconsciousness (tamaka), cough (kasa), and a feeling of friction and pain in the heart manifest if the abscess is in the heart (hridaya).

galagrahazca klomni syAtsarvAGgapragraho hRdi । pramodastamakaH kAso hRdaye ghaTTanaM vyathA ॥ 14 ॥
