Astanga Hrudaya
नाभ्यां हिध्मा भवेद्बस्तौ मूत्रं कृच्छ्रेण पूति च । श्वासो यकृति रोधस्तु प्लीह्न्युच्छ्वासस्य तृट् पुनः ॥ १३ ॥
These manifest as: hiccup (hidhma) if the abscess is near the umbilicus (nabhi); difficult and foul-smelling urine if the abscess is in the bladder (basti); dyspnea (shwasa) if it is in the liver (yakrit); obstruction to expiration/breathing out if it is in the spleen (pliha); and thirst (trit) if it is in the kloma.

nAbhyAM hidhmA bhavedbastau mUtraM kRcchreNa pUti ca । zvAso yakRti rodhastu plIhnyucchvAsasya tRT punaH ॥ 13 ॥
