With an excessively soft constitution, if the digestion is weak due to excessive dryness, excessive heat, sharp saltiness, or dryness, then oily medicines can provoke and lead to an imbalance of bile and wind, resulting in a condition called peristalsis. In this condition, there will be a combination of tension in the abdomen, pain in the sides, and a blockage of air, along with diminished appetite. For treatment, one should use a medicinal enema containing licorice, honey, black sesame paste mixed with ghee, and should also apply cool water for irrigation, or use medicinal oil infused with licorice and ghee after consumption.

In the case of a person with a severe constitution and excessive doshas, mild medicines are ineffective and do not completely eliminate the doshas. As a result, these doshas cause excretion, leading to symptoms such as weakness, abdominal distension, and loss of appetite. There may also be a sensation of heaviness and the excretion of bile and mucus. For treatment, one should use a medicinal preparation made from the fruits of the Ajakarnadhava plant, blended with honey, to stabilize the doshas. Additionally, one should use oily substances to further cleanse and pacify the doshas.

In cases where a medicinal treatment is applied but fails to yield results, whether due to excessive dryness or excessive oiliness, there is a disturbance of the vata dosha that may arise due to abrupt changes. This condition manifests as a flowing disorder. In this situation, the individual experiences a mixture of symptoms characterized by constant movement, heaviness, pain, and either a white, black, or red discharge. This condition is associated with an excess of kapha. It should be treated through appropriate management of the flowing disorder.

However, if a medicinal treatment is applied with the intention of alleviating the disturbance but instead exacerbates it due to ignorance, the doshas will afflict the heart. In such cases, the individual experiences intense pain in the primary vital points, causing severe discomfort in the abdomen, leading to grinding of the teeth and a confused expression. They may also experience a loss of consciousness. The foolish will avoid such a treatment. To address this condition, one should use a warm preparation made from grains to induce sweating. This should be followed by a treatment using a medicated oil containing licorice, applied for nourishment. Additionally, a sharp purgative should be administered, and after this, a mixture of licorice with rice water should be given to induce vomiting, in accordance with the dosha's predominance. This should be complemented by appropriate management of the condition.

If a dosha is either ascending or descending and is influenced by cold conditions, water, air, or other factors, the doshas become heavy and accumulate in the body. As a result, the individual may experience severe symptoms such as gas, urine retention, and constipation, which can lead to intense pain, burning sensations, fever, and other discomforts. In such cases, one should promptly induce vomiting and perform the necessary procedures according to the appropriate time and situation. For doshas that are located in the lower part of the body, one should use a purgative made from a mixture of rock salt and sour urine to facilitate elimination. The treatment should be tailored according to the dosha and should include both administration and application as needed. Additionally, for doshas in both upper and lower parts, specific management techniques should be applied as necessary.
