sanskrit

If a dosha is either ascending or descending and is influenced by cold conditions, water, air, or other factors, the doshas become heavy and accumulate in the body. As a result, the individual may experience severe symptoms such as gas, urine retention, and constipation, which can lead to intense pain, burning sensations, fever, and other discomforts. In such cases, one should promptly induce vomiting and perform the necessary procedures according to the appropriate time and situation. For doshas that are located in the lower part of the body, one should use a purgative made from a mixture of rock salt and sour urine to facilitate elimination. The treatment should be tailored according to the dosha and should include both administration and application as needed. Additionally, for doshas in both upper and lower parts, specific management techniques should be applied as necessary.
