सर्वतो मन आकृष्य हृदि भूतेन्द्रियाशयम् । ध्यायन् भगवतो रूपं नाद्राक्षीत्किञ्चनापरम् ॥ ४-८-७७ ॥
He completely controlled his senses and their objects, and in this way he fixed his mind, without diversion to anything else, upon the form of the Supreme Personality of Godhead. ॥ 4-8-77 ॥

उन्होंने अपनी इन्द्रियों तथा उनके विषयों पर पूर्ण नियंत्रण प्राप्त कर लिया और इस तरह अपने मन को चारों ओर से खींच कर भगवान् के रूप पर स्थिर कर दिया। ॥ ४-८-७७ ॥
