मृगैः शाखामृगैः क्रोडैर्मृगेन्द्रैरृक्षशल्यकैः गवयैः शरभैर्व्याघ्रै रुरुभिर्महिषादिभिः ॥ ४-६-२० ॥
There are many kinds of other animals also, like deer, monkeys, boars, lions, ṛkṣas, śalyakas, forest cows, forest asses, tigers, small deer, buffalo and many other animals, who are fully enjoying their lives. ॥ 4-6-20 ॥
english translation
साथ ही कई प्रकार के अन्य पशु भी पाये जाते हैं, यथा मृग, बन्दर, सुअर, सिंह, रीछ, साही, नील गाय, जंगली गधे, लघुमृग, भैंसे इत्यादि जो अपने जीवन का पूरा आनन्द उठाते हैं। ॥ ४-६-२० ॥
