एवं मृशन्त ऋषयो धावतां सर्वतोदिशम् । पांसुः समुत्थितो भूरिश्चोराणामभिलुम्पताम् ॥ ४-१४-३८ ॥

When the great sages were carrying on their discussion in this way, they saw a dust storm arising from all directions. This storm was caused by the running of thieves and rogues, who were engaged in plundering the citizens.॥ 4-14-38 ॥

english translation

जब ऋषिगण इस प्रकार विचार-विर्मश कर रहे थे तो उन्होंने चारों दिशाओं से धूल की आँधी उठती देखी। यह आँधी उन चोर-उचक्कों के दौड़ा-भागी से उत्पन्न हुई थी जो नागरिकों को लूट रहे थे। ॥ ४-१४-३८ ॥
