Srimad Bhagavatam
तमायान्तमभिप्रेत्य ब्रह्मावर्तात्प्रजाः पतिम् । गीतसंस्तुतिवादित्रैः प्रत्युदीयुः प्रहर्षिताः ॥ ३-२२-२८ ॥
Overjoyed to know of his arrival, his subjects came forth from Brahmāvarta to greet their returning lord with songs, prayers and musical instruments. ॥ 3-22-28 ॥
english translation
राजा का आगमन जानकर उसकी प्रजा अपार प्रसन्नता से ब्रह्मावर्त से बाहर निकल आई और वापस आते हुए अपने राजा का गीतों, स्तुतियों तथा वाद्य संगीत से सम्मान किया। ॥ ३-२२-२८ ॥
