मत्तद्विजगणैर्घुष्टं मत्तभ्रमरविभ्रमम् । मत्तबर्हिनटाटोपमाह्वयन् मत्तकोकिलम् ।। ३-२१-४१ ।।

sanskrit

The area resounded with the notes of overjoyed birds. Intoxicated bees wandered there, intoxicated peacocks proudly danced, and merry cuckoos called one another. ।। 3-21-41 ।।

english translation

यह प्रदेश मतवाले पक्षियों के स्वर से प्रतिध्वनित था। मतवाले भौंरे मँडरा रहे थे, प्रमत्त मोर गर्व से नाच रहे थे और प्रमुदित कोयलें एक दूसरे को पुकार रही थीं। ।। ३-२१-४१ ।।
