सोऽनुविष्टो भगवता यः शेते सलिलाशये । लोकसंस्थां यथापूर्वं निर्ममे संस्थया स्वया ॥ ३-२०-१७ ॥
When that Supreme Personality of Godhead who is lying on the Garbhodaka Ocean entered the heart of Brahmā, Brahmā brought his intelligence to bear, and with the intelligence invoked he began to create the universe as it was before. ॥ 3-20-17 ॥
english translation
जब गर्भोदकशायी भगवान् ब्रह्मा के हृदय में प्रवेश कर गये तो ब्रह्मा को बुद्धि आई और इस बुद्धि से उन्होंने ब्रह्माण्ड की पूर्ववत् सृष्टि प्रारम्भ कर दी। ॥ ३-२०-१७ ॥
