उत्पाता बहवस्तत्र निपेतुर्जायमानयोः । दिवि भुव्यन्तरिक्षे च लोकस्योरुभयावहाः ॥ ३-१७-३ ॥

On the birth of the two demons there were many natural disturbances, all very fearful and wonderful, in the heavenly planets, the earthly planets and in between them. ॥ 3-17-3 ॥

english translation

दोनों असुरों के जन्म के समय स्वर्गलोक, पृथ्वीलोक तथा इन दोनों के मध्य के लोकों में अनेक प्राकृतिक उपद्रव हुए जो अत्यन्त भयावने एवं विस्मयपूर्ण थे। ॥ ३-१७-३ ॥
