स कालः परमाणुर्वै यो भुङ्क्ते परमाणुताम् । सतोऽविशेषभुग्यस्तु स कालः परमो महान् ॥ ३-११-४ ॥
Atomic time is measured according to its covering a particular atomic space. That time which covers the unmanifest aggregate of atoms is called the great time. ॥ 3-11-4 ॥

परमाणु काल का मापन परमाणु के अवकाश विशेष को तय कर पाने के अनुसार किया जाता है। वह काल जो परमाणुओं के अव्यक्त समुच्चय को प्रच्छन्न करता है महाकाल कहलाता है। ॥ ३-११-४ ॥
