आत्मैव तदिदं विश्वं सृज्यते सृजति प्रभुः । त्रायते त्राति विश्वात्मा ह्रियते हरतीश्वरः ॥ ११-२८-६ ॥
The Supersoul alone is the ultimate controller and creator of this world, and thus He alone is also the created. Similarly, the Soul of all existence Himself both maintains and is maintained, withdraws and is withdrawn. ॥ 11-28-6 ॥

केवल परमात्मा ही इस संसार का परम नियंत्रक और निर्माता है, और इस प्रकार वह अकेला ही सृजित भी है। इसी प्रकार, सभी अस्तित्व की आत्मा स्वयं ही बनाए रखती है और बनाए रखी जाती है, वापस ले ली जाती है और वापस ले ली जाती है। ॥ ११-२८-६ ॥
