यस्य स्युर्वीतसङ्कल्पाः प्राणेन्द्रियमनोधियाम् । वृत्तयः स विनिर्मुक्तो देहस्थोऽपि हि तद्गुणैः ।। ११-११-१४ ।।

sanskrit

A person is considered to be completely liberated from the gross and subtle material bodies when all the functions of his vital energy, senses, mind and intelligence are performed without material desire. Such a person, although situated within the body, is not entangled. ।। 11-11-14 ।।

english translation

एक व्यक्ति को स्थूल और सूक्ष्म भौतिक शरीरों से पूरी तरह से मुक्त माना जाता है जब उसकी महत्वपूर्ण ऊर्जा, इंद्रियां, मन और बुद्धि के सभी कार्य भौतिक इच्छा के बिना किए जाते हैं। ऐसा व्यक्ति शरीर के भीतर स्थित होते हुए भी उलझता नहीं है। ।। ११-११-१४ ।।
