पशूनविधिनाऽऽलभ्य प्रेतभूतगणान् यजन् । नरकानवशो जन्तुर्गत्वा यात्युल्बणं तमः ।। ११-१०-२८ ।।

When the mind is so polluted one becomes violent and aggressive and without the authority of Vedic injunctions slaughters innocent animals for sense gratification. Worshiping ghosts and spirits, the bewildered person falls fully into the grip of unauthorized activities and thus goes to hell, where he receives a material body infected by the darkest modes of nature. ।। 11-10-28 ।।

english translation

जब मन इतना प्रदूषित हो जाता है तो व्यक्ति हिंसक और आक्रामक हो जाता है और वैदिक आदेशों के बिना इंद्रियतृप्ति के लिए निर्दोष जानवरों का वध कर देता है। भूतों और आत्माओं की पूजा करने से भ्रमित व्यक्ति पूरी तरह से अनधिकृत गतिविधियों की चपेट में आ जाता है और इस तरह नरक में जाता है, जहां उसे प्रकृति के सबसे अंधेरे गुणों से संक्रमित भौतिक शरीर प्राप्त होता है। ।। ११-१०-२८ ।।
