इति ते कथितो वत्स स्वावतारो महामुने ॥ सदानन्दकरः पुंसां शिवभक्तिप्रवर्द्धनः ॥ ६१ ॥
O great sage, O dear one, thus my own incarnation has been narrated to you. It is always pleasing and heightening the power of Śiva.

य इदन्नन्दिनो जन्म वरदानन्तथा मम ॥ अभिषेकं विवाहं च शृणुयाच्छ्रावयेत्तथा ॥ ६२ ॥
He who delights in this birth and bestows boons upon me He should hear about the consecration and marriage.

पठेद्वा पाठयेद्वापि श्रद्धावान्भक्तिसंयुतः ॥ इह सर्व्वसुखम्भुक्त्वा परत्र लभते गतिम् ॥ ६३॥
One should read or recite it with faith and devotion. Having enjoyed all pleasures here, he attains the state in the Hereafter.
