A person following Karma Yoga, being himself a Muni, i.e., one engaged in the contemplation of self, after practising Karma Yoga reaches with ease the Brahman i.e., attains the self in a short time.

The Karma yogis are those who, as a means to the attainment of Knowledge, undertake actions by dedicating them to God without seeking any result for themselves. He alone is wise who sees that the Sankhya and the Yoga are one and the same because of their having the same result.

Any one who properly resorts to even one (of them) gets the result of both.
