Having come to know the intention of the gods, Grandsire Brahma . - ॥ 1-75-15॥

This bow of Vishnu is highly radiant and enemy-citadel conquering longbow. ॥ 1-75-13॥

Kakutstha, that bow alone is the annihilator of Tripura, the demon . and you have broken that alone . ॥ 1-75-12॥

They are stout and strong. They are the best of all, wellmade by Vishvakarma. ॥ 1-75-11॥

Great ascetic today you have arrived evidently for the total destruction of our family. If Rama is killed none of us will survive'. ॥ 1-75-9॥

You have promised in the name of the thousand-eyed Indra to renounce the arms. ॥ 1-75-7॥

It behoves of you to give assurance of security to my sons who are young. ॥ 1-75-6॥
