Another son of his was Pratyagraha; and another was Kusamva, who was also called Manivahana. And the two others were Mavella, and Yadu of great prowess and invincible in battle.' ॥ 1-57-29 ॥

The son of Vasudeva will be Bhūmitra, and his son will be Nārāyaṇa. Narayana's future is named Susharma, renowned. ॥ 12-1-20 ॥

This form of the Lord is experienced by self-realized sages in the last part of the vibration of the sacred syllable om. ॥ 11-27-23 ॥

He should sanctify the vessel holding water for washing the Lord’s feet by chanting hṛdayāya namaḥ, the vessel containing water for arghya by chanting śirase svāhā, and the vessel containing water for washing the Lord’s mouth by chanting śikhāyai vaṣaṭ. Also, the Gāyatrī mantra should be chanted for all three vessels. ॥ 11-27-22 ॥
