उ॒भ॒यत॒: पव॑मानस्य र॒श्मयो॑ ध्रु॒वस्य॑ स॒तः परि॑ यन्ति के॒तव॑: । यदी॑ प॒वित्रे॒ अधि॑ मृ॒ज्यते॒ हरि॒: सत्ता॒ नि योना॑ क॒लशे॑षु सीदति ॥ उभयतः पवमानस्य रश्मयो ध्रुवस्य सतः परि यन्ति केतवः । यदी पवित्रे अधि मृज्यते हरिः सत्ता नि योना कलशेषु सीदति ॥
The rays, the tokens of the extant, steady, purified Soma, circulate from both worlds; when the green-tinted juice is cleansed upon the filter, reposing it alights upon its station, the pitchers.

य॒ज्ञस्य॑ के॒तुः प॑वते स्वध्व॒रः सोमो॑ दे॒वाना॒मुप॑ याति निष्कृ॒तम् । स॒हस्र॑धार॒: परि॒ कोश॑मर्षति॒ वृषा॑ प॒वित्र॒मत्ये॑ति॒ रोरु॑वत् ॥ यज्ञस्य केतुः पवते स्वध्वरः सोमो देवानामुप याति निष्कृतम् । सहस्रधारः परि कोशमर्षति वृषा पवित्रमत्येति रोरुवत् ॥
Soma, the signal of sacrifice, the object of pious worship, flows filtered; it approaches the abode of the gods; the thousand-streamed rushes to the receptacle, the showerer passes roaring through the filter.

राजा॑ समु॒द्रं न॒द्यो॒३॒॑ वि गा॑हते॒ऽपामू॒र्मिं स॑चते॒ सिन्धु॑षु श्रि॒तः । अध्य॑स्था॒त्सानु॒ पव॑मानो अ॒व्ययं॒ नाभा॑ पृथि॒व्या ध॒रुणो॑ म॒हो दि॒वः ॥ राजा समुद्रं नद्यो वि गाहतेऽपामूर्मिं सचते सिन्धुषु श्रितः । अध्यस्थात्सानु पवमानो अव्ययं नाभा पृथिव्या धरुणो महो दिवः ॥
The royal (Soma) plural nges into the firmament, (and) the rivers (thereof), mixed with the streams, he associates with the wave of the waters; being filtered he stands upon the uplifted woollen (filter) on the navel of the earth, the upholder of the vast heaven.

दि॒वो न सानु॑ स्त॒नय॑न्नचिक्रद॒द्द्यौश्च॒ यस्य॑ पृथि॒वी च॒ धर्म॑भिः । इन्द्र॑स्य स॒ख्यं प॑वते वि॒वेवि॑द॒त्सोम॑: पुना॒नः क॒लशे॑षु सीदति ॥ दिवो न सानु स्तनयन्नचिक्रदद्द्यौश्च यस्य पृथिवी च धर्मभिः । इन्द्रस्य सख्यं पवते विवेविदत्सोमः पुनानः कलशेषु सीदति ॥
Thundering like the summit of the sky (the Soma) roars, by whose support both heaven and earth, (are upheld); the Soma flows acquiring Indra's friendship, purified he alights upon the pitchers.

ज्योति॑र्य॒ज्ञस्य॑ पवते॒ मधु॑ प्रि॒यं पि॒ता दे॒वानां॑ जनि॒ता वि॒भूव॑सुः । दधा॑ति॒ रत्नं॑ स्व॒धयो॑रपी॒च्यं॑ म॒दिन्त॑मो मत्स॒र इ॑न्द्रि॒यो रस॑: ॥ ज्योतिर्यज्ञस्य पवते मधु प्रियं पिता देवानां जनिता विभूवसुः । दधाति रत्नं स्वधयोरपीच्यं मदिन्तमो मत्सर इन्द्रियो रसः ॥
The light of the sacrifice, he distils sweet (juice) delightful (to the gods), the parent of the gods, the genitive rator (of all), possessed of ample wealth; he supports the hidden wealth of heaven and earth, the most exhilarating, the exciting (Soma), the nourisher of (Indra), the juice.
