ये व॒ध्व॑श्च॒न्द्रं व॑ह॒तुं यक्ष्मा॒ यन्ति॒ जना॒दनु॑ । पुन॒स्तान्य॒ज्ञिया॑ दे॒वा नय॑न्तु॒ यत॒ आग॑ताः ॥ ये वध्वश्चन्द्रं वहतुं यक्ष्मा यन्ति जनादनु । पुनस्तान्यज्ञिया देवा नयन्तु यत आगताः ॥
May the adorable gods drive back again to the plural ce whence they came the diseases which followfrom (other) people the wife's golden bridal procession.
english translation
ye va॒dhva॑zca॒ndraM va॑ha॒tuM yakSmA॒ yanti॒ janA॒danu॑ । puna॒stAnya॒jJiyA॑ de॒vA naya॑ntu॒ yata॒ Aga॑tAH ॥ ye vadhvazcandraM vahatuM yakSmA yanti janAdanu । punastAnyajJiyA devA nayantu yata AgatAH ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptमा वि॑दन्परिप॒न्थिनो॒ य आ॒सीद॑न्ति॒ दम्प॑ती । सु॒गेभि॑र्दु॒र्गमती॑ता॒मप॑ द्रा॒न्त्वरा॑तयः ॥ मा विदन्परिपन्थिनो य आसीदन्ति दम्पती । सुगेभिर्दुर्गमतीतामप द्रान्त्वरातयः ॥
Let not the robbers who approach the husband and wife reach them; may they by easy roads pass the difficulty; may enemies keep aloof.
english translation
mA vi॑danparipa॒nthino॒ ya A॒sIda॑nti॒ dampa॑tI । su॒gebhi॑rdu॒rgamatI॑tA॒mapa॑ drA॒ntvarA॑tayaH ॥ mA vidanparipanthino ya AsIdanti dampatI । sugebhirdurgamatItAmapa drAntvarAtayaH ॥

Fortunate is this bride, approach, behold her; having given her your congratulations, depart to your several homes.

su॒ma॒Gga॒lIri॒yaM va॒dhUri॒mAM sa॒meta॒ pazya॑ta । saubhA॑gyamasyai da॒ttvAyAthAstaM॒ vi pare॑tana ॥ sumaGgalIriyaM vadhUrimAM sameta pazyata । saubhAgyamasyai dattvAyAthAstaM vi paretana ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतृ॒ष्टमे॒तत्कटु॑कमे॒तद॑पा॒ष्ठव॑द्वि॒षव॒न्नैतदत्त॑वे । सू॒र्यां यो ब्र॒ह्मा वि॒द्यात्स इद्वाधू॑यमर्हति ॥ तृष्टमेतत्कटुकमेतदपाष्ठवद्विषवन्नैतदत्तवे । सूर्यां यो ब्रह्मा विद्यात्स इद्वाधूयमर्हति ॥
This (garment) is inflaming, it is pungent; it is like stale Soma; it is like poison; it is not fit to eat; theBrāhmaṇa, who knows Sūrya, verily desires the bridal (garment).

hk transliteration by Sanscriptआ॒शस॑नं वि॒शस॑न॒मथो॑ अधिवि॒कर्त॑नम् । सू॒र्याया॑: पश्य रू॒पाणि॒ तानि॑ ब्र॒ह्मा तु शु॑न्धति ॥ आशसनं विशसनमथो अधिविकर्तनम् । सूर्यायाः पश्य रूपाणि तानि ब्रह्मा तु शुन्धति ॥
Behold the forms of Sūrya, the āśasana (bordercloth) the viśasana (headcloth), the adhivikartana(divided skirt); of these the Brāhmaṇa relieves her.

A॒zasa॑naM vi॒zasa॑na॒matho॑ adhivi॒karta॑nam । sU॒ryAyA॑: pazya rU॒pANi॒ tAni॑ bra॒hmA tu zu॑ndhati ॥ AzasanaM vizasanamatho adhivikartanam । sUryAyAH pazya rUpANi tAni brahmA tu zundhati ॥
