तम॑स्य॒ द्यावा॑पृथि॒वी सचे॑तसा॒ विश्वे॑भिर्दे॒वैरनु॒ शुष्म॑मावताम् । यदैत्कृ॑ण्वा॒नो म॑हि॒मान॑मिन्द्रि॒यं पी॒त्वी सोम॑स्य॒ क्रतु॑माँ अवर्धत ॥ तमस्य द्यावापृथिवी सचेतसा विश्वेभिर्देवैरनु शुष्ममावताम् । यदैत्कृण्वानो महिमानमिन्द्रियं पीत्वी सोमस्य क्रतुमाँ अवर्धत ॥
May the concurring heaven and earth, together with all the gods, preserve that strength of Indra,where by achieving (great deeds), he obtained the greatness that is appropriate to him, and having drunk the Soma, he, eminent for his prowess, increased (in strength).
