प्र व॒: पान्तं॑ रघुमन्य॒वोऽन्धो॑ य॒ज्ञं रु॒द्राय॑ मी॒ळ्हुषे॑ भरध्वम् । दि॒वो अ॑स्तो॒ष्यसु॑रस्य वी॒रैरि॑षु॒ध्येव॑ म॒रुतो॒ रोद॑स्योः ॥ प्र वः पान्तं रघुमन्यवोऽन्धो यज्ञं रुद्राय मीळ्हुषे भरध्वम् । दिवो अस्तोष्यसुरस्य वीरैरिषुध्येव मरुतो रोदस्योः ॥
Present, mild-tempered (priests), the sacrificial viands which you have prepared, to there warm-showering Rudra. I praise him who, with his heroid (followers) as (with shafts) from a quiver, expelled (the asuras) from heaven; and (I praise) the Maruts, (who abide) between heaven and earth.

पत्नी॑व पू॒र्वहू॑तिं वावृ॒धध्या॑ उ॒षासा॒नक्ता॑ पुरु॒धा विदा॑ने । स्त॒रीर्नात्कं॒ व्यु॑तं॒ वसा॑ना॒ सूर्य॑स्य श्रि॒या सु॒दृशी॒ हिर॑ण्यैः ॥ पत्नीव पूर्वहूतिं वावृधध्या उषासानक्ता पुरुधा विदाने । स्तरीर्नात्कं व्युतं वसाना सूर्यस्य श्रिया सुदृशी हिरण्यैः ॥
Animated by our diversified praise, hasten, Morning and Night, to attend to our first invocation, as a wife (to the first call of her husband); and may the--Dawn, beautiful with the lustre of the (rising) Sun, and robbing like the Sun (her) vast expanse with golden rays, (come to our early rite).

म॒मत्तु॑ न॒: परि॑ज्मा वस॒र्हा म॒मत्तु॒ वातो॑ अ॒पां वृष॑ण्वान् । शि॒शी॒तमि॑न्द्रापर्वता यु॒वं न॒स्तन्नो॒ विश्वे॑ वरिवस्यन्तु दे॒वाः ॥ ममत्तु नः परिज्मा वसर्हा ममत्तु वातो अपां वृषण्वान् । शिशीतमिन्द्रापर्वता युवं नस्तन्नो विश्वे वरिवस्यन्तु देवाः ॥
May the circumambient divinity, the wearer of various forms, grant us delight; may the wind, the shedder of rain, grant us delight; do you, Indra and Parvata, sharpen our (intellects), and may all the gods show us favour.
english translation
उ॒त त्या मे॑ य॒शसा॑ श्वेत॒नायै॒ व्यन्ता॒ पान्तौ॑शि॒जो हु॒वध्यै॑ । प्र वो॒ नपा॑तम॒पां कृ॑णुध्वं॒ प्र मा॒तरा॑ रास्पि॒नस्या॒योः ॥ उत त्या मे यशसा श्वेतनायै व्यन्ता पान्तौशिजो हुवध्यै । प्र वो नपातमपां कृणुध्वं प्र मातरा रास्पिनस्यायोः ॥
Whenever I, the son of Uśij, worship with my offerings (of food) those two (Aśvins) who eat and drink (of oblations and libations) at (the season) of the world-whitening (dawn); do you, Priests, glorify the grandson of the waters (Agni), and render (the divinities of the day and night) the mothers (as it were) of the man who repeats their praise.

आ वो॑ रुव॒ण्युमौ॑शि॒जो हु॒वध्यै॒ घोषे॑व॒ शंस॒मर्जु॑नस्य॒ नंशे॑ । प्र व॑: पू॒ष्णे दा॒वन॒ आँ अच्छा॑ वोचेय व॒सुता॑तिम॒ग्नेः ॥ आ वो रुवण्युमौशिजो हुवध्यै घोषेव शंसमर्जुनस्य नंशे । प्र वः पूष्णे दावन आँ अच्छा वोचेय वसुतातिमग्नेः ॥
I, the son of Uśij, address to you (Aśvins) audible praises, in like manner as Ghoṣā praised you for the removal of her white-tinted (skin); I glorify (gods) the bountiful Pūṣan (associated) with you, and I proclaim the munificence of Agni.
