तद्वां॑ नरा॒ शंस्यं॒ राध्यं॑ चाभिष्टि॒मन्ना॑सत्या॒ वरू॑थम् । यद्वि॒द्वांसा॑ नि॒धिमि॒वाप॑गूळ्ह॒मुद्द॑र्श॒तादू॒पथु॒र्वन्द॑नाय ॥ तद्वां नरा शंस्यं राध्यं चाभिष्टिमन्नासत्या वरूथम् । यद्विद्वांसा निधिमिवापगूळ्हमुद्दर्शतादूपथुर्वन्दनाय ॥
Nāsatyas, leaders, glorious was that exploit of yours, one to be celebrated, to be adored, to be desired by us, when, becoming aware (of the circumstance), you extricated Vandanā, (hidden), like a concealed treasure, from the (well) that was visible (to travellers).

तद्वां॑ नरा स॒नये॒ दंस॑ उ॒ग्रमा॒विष्कृ॑णोमि तन्य॒तुर्न वृ॒ष्टिम् । द॒ध्यङ्ह॒ यन्मध्वा॑थर्व॒णो वा॒मश्व॑स्य शी॒र्ष्णा प्र यदी॑मु॒वाच॑ ॥ तद्वां नरा सनये दंस उग्रमाविष्कृणोमि तन्यतुर्न वृष्टिम् । दध्यङ्ह यन्मध्वाथर्वणो वामश्वस्य शीर्ष्णा प्र यदीमुवाच ॥
I proclaim, leadeers (of sacriifce), for the skae of acquiring wealth, that inimitable deed which you performed, as the thunder (announces) rain, when provided by you with the head of a horse. Dadhyañc, the son of Atharvan, taught you the mystic science.

अजो॑हवीन्नासत्या क॒रा वां॑ म॒हे याम॑न्पुरुभुजा॒ पुरं॑धिः । श्रु॒तं तच्छासु॑रिव वध्रिम॒त्या हिर॑ण्यहस्तमश्विनावदत्तम् ॥ अजोहवीन्नासत्या करा वां महे यामन्पुरुभुजा पुरंधिः । श्रुतं तच्छासुरिव वध्रिमत्या हिरण्यहस्तमश्विनावदत्तम् ॥
The intelligent (Vadhrimati) invoked you. Nāsatyas, who are the accom;ishers (of desires) and the protectors of many, with a sacred hymn; her prayer was heard, like (the instrumental uction of) a teacher, and you, Aśvins, gave to the wife of an impotent husband, Hiraṇyahasta, her son.

आ॒स्नो वृक॑स्य॒ वर्ति॑काम॒भीके॑ यु॒वं न॑रा नासत्यामुमुक्तम् । उ॒तो क॒विं पु॑रुभुजा यु॒वं ह॒ कृप॑माणमकृणुतं वि॒चक्षे॑ ॥ आस्नो वृकस्य वर्तिकामभीके युवं नरा नासत्यामुमुक्तम् । उतो कविं पुरुभुजा युवं ह कृपमाणमकृणुतं विचक्षे ॥
Nāsatyas, leaders, you liberated the quail from the mouth of the dog that had seized her, and you, who are the benefactors of many, have granted to the sage who praises you, to behold (true wisdom).
english translation
च॒रित्रं॒ हि वेरि॒वाच्छे॑दि प॒र्णमा॒जा खे॒लस्य॒ परि॑तक्म्यायाम् । स॒द्यो जङ्घा॒माय॑सीं वि॒श्पला॑यै॒ धने॑ हि॒ते सर्त॑वे॒ प्रत्य॑धत्तम् ॥ चरित्रं हि वेरिवाच्छेदि पर्णमाजा खेलस्य परितक्म्यायाम् । सद्यो जङ्घामायसीं विश्पलायै धने हिते सर्तवे प्रत्यधत्तम् ॥
The foot of (Vispalā, the wife of) Khela, was cut off, like the wing of a bird, in an engagement by night; immediately you gave her a metallic leg, that she might walk, the hidden treasure (of the enemy being the object of the conflict).
