अन्योन्यजङ्घासंवेगात् कृत्वा तु स्वस्तिकं ततः । ऊरुभ्याम् वलनं यस्मात् सा बद्धा चार्युदाहृता ॥ २१॥
Baddhā—The sideways movement of the thighs when the two shanks are crossed.
english translation
anyonyajaGghAsaMvegAt kRtvA tu svastikaM tataH । UrubhyAm valanaM yasmAt sA baddhA cAryudAhRtA ॥ 21॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतलसञ्चरपादस्य पार्ष्णिर्बाह्योन्मुखी यदा । जङ्घाञ्चिता तथोद्वृत्ता ऊरुद्वृत्तेति सा स्मृता ॥ २२॥
Ūrūdvṛttā—the heel of a Talasañcara foot placed outwards, one of the shanks to be slightly bent and the thigh turned up.

talasaJcarapAdasya pArSNirbAhyonmukhI yadA । jaGghAJcitA tathodvRttA UrudvRtteti sA smRtA ॥ 22॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअग्रतः पृष्ठतो वापि पादस्तु तलसञ्चरः । द्वितीयपादो निर्घृष्टः यस्यां स्यादड्डिता तु सा॥ २३॥
Aḍḍitā—one Agratalasañcara foot rubbing against the fore part or the back of another foot.

agrataH pRSThato vApi pAdastu talasaJcaraH । dvitIyapAdo nirghRSTaH yasyAM syAdaDDitA tu sA॥ 23॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptशनैः पादो निवर्तेत बाह्येनाभ्यन्तरेण च । यद्रेचकानुसारेण सा चार्युत्स्यन्दिता स्मृता ॥ २४॥
Utsyanditā—the two feet to move gradually side ways (lit. in and out) in the manner of the Recaka.

zanaiH pAdo nivarteta bAhyenAbhyantareNa ca । yadrecakAnusAreNa sA cAryutsyanditA smRtA ॥ 24॥

Janitā—a Muṣṭi hand held on the breast and another hand moved round, and the feet to be Talasañcara.

muSTihastazca vakSaHsthaH karo'nyazca pravartitaH । talasaJcarapAdazca janitA cAryudAhRtA ॥ 25॥
