तलसञ्चरपादस्य पार्ष्णिर्बाह्योन्मुखी यदा । जङ्घाञ्चिता तथोद्वृत्ता ऊरुद्वृत्तेति सा स्मृता ॥ २२॥

Ūrūdvṛttā—the heel of a Talasañcara foot placed outwards, one of the shanks to be slightly bent and the thigh turned up.

english translation

talasaJcarapAdasya pArSNirbAhyonmukhI yadA । jaGghAJcitA tathodvRttA UrudvRtteti sA smRtA ॥ 22॥
