[अर्ज] इषुपाते च सेनाया हयान संयच्छ सारथे यावत समीक्षे सैन्ये ऽसमिन कवासौ कुरु कुलाधमः ।। ४-४८-८ ।।

sanskrit

'Beholding the Kurus drawn up for battle, Arjuna spoke to the son of Matsya in words befitting the hour: ‘O charioteer, hold the steeds at such a distance that my arrows may reach the foe. Meanwhile, let me see where, in the midst of this host, lurks that wretched scion of the Kuru race.'' ।। 4-48-8 ।।

[arja] iSupAte ca senAyA hayAna saMyaccha sArathe yAvata samIkSe sainye 'samina kavAsau kuru kulAdhamaH || 4-48-8 ||
