नास्यानिष्टानि सेवेत नाहितैः सह संवसेत सवस्थानान न विकम्पेत स राजवसतिं वसेत ।। ४-४-२१ ।।

sanskrit

'He who does not stray from his appointed place, who is not friendly with the king’s enemies, and who never attempts to wrong the king — such a man alone is worthy of dwelling in the royal household.' ।। 4-4-21 ।।

english translation

nAsyAniSTAni seveta nAhitaiH saha saMvaseta savasthAnAna na vikampeta sa rAjavasatiM vaseta || 4-4-21 ||
