[वै] सा कीर्तयन्ती दुःखानि भीमसेनस्य भामिनी रुरॊद शनकैः कृष्णा भीमसेनम उदीक्षती ॥ ४-१९-२६ ॥

'Vaisampayana continued, “Then Vrikodara, the slayer of hostile heroes, veiled his face with the delicate, corned hands of his beloved wife and began to weep."' ॥ 4-19-26 ॥

'O Bhima, I have committed no slight offence against the gods in the past; yet, alas, I live now in misfortune, though I am a wife of the Pandavas.' ॥ 4-19-28 ॥
