परदारास्मि भद्रं ते न युक्तं तवयि सांप्रतम दयिताः पराणिनां दारा धर्मं समनुचिन्तय ॥ ४-१३-१४ ॥
'[Draupadī said:] “I am the wife of another, may all be well with thee! This is not proper for thee at all, especially now. Wives are dear to all living beings—reflect upon righteousness (dharma), and restrain thyself.”' ॥ 4-13-14 ॥
