चन्द्रस्तु दशारम्भे कुलीरभवनस्थितो यदा भवति। स्त्रीदोषकृत्पशुघ्नः कुजभवने हन्ति वास्तुपतिम्॥१३॥

If at the commencement of a Dasa the Moon should occupy Kataka, the native concerned will do some harm to a woman, and will be a killer of cattle; if he should occupy a sign of Mars, he will kill the owner of the house he is living in.

english translation

candrastu dazArambhe kulIrabhavanasthito yadA bhavati। strIdoSakRtpazughnaH kujabhavane hanti vAstupatim॥13॥
