कुर्याद्दशासु संस्कारमंशकैर्बलवत्तरैः। तयोर्बलाबलेनैव कल्पयेन्मतिमान्नरः॥१५॥

For the various Dasa periods, rectification or deductions (संस्कार) will have to be made through the strongest of the Navamsas. And this will have to be made by an intelligent astrologer after considering the relative strength of the two.
