उच्चनीचदशामार्गं सामान्यं सर्वदेहिनाम्। दशासंस्कारभेदेन द्विप्रकारं प्रचक्षते॥१४॥
The method of finding the total lifeperiod of a person by the उच्चनीय process is common to all beings; but, it is of two kinds on account of the difference between Dasa and Samskara (process of rectification by proper deductions, etc.)
