When the Moon occupies the 2nd house, the person will be very powerful, rich, loved by a damsel and satisfied with small favours. When the Moon is in the 3rd house, the person will be slanderous and wicked; he will be devoid of mercy and deceitful.

dhanage bahupratApI dhanavAn vanitAdRto'lpasantuSTaH। pizuno dayAvihIno mAyAvI vikramAzrite zazini॥11॥
