धनगे बहुप्रतापी धनवान् वनितादृतोऽल्पसन्तुष्टः। पिशुनो दयाविहीनो मायावी विक्रमाश्रिते शशिनि॥११॥
When the Moon occupies the 2nd house, the person will be very powerful, rich, loved by a damsel and satisfied with small favours. When the Moon is in the 3rd house, the person will be slanderous and wicked; he will be devoid of mercy and deceitful.

When the Moon is posited in the 4th house, the person concerned will eat agreeable meals; he will be modest, longing for women and will be happy. He will be blessed with wife, intelligence and strength. He will amass money with great difficulty.

When the Moon at a birth occupies the 7th house, the person concerned will be fond of his wife; he will be a commander in a king's army ; and he will be liberal in his gifts.

When the Moon occupies the 11th house, the person will be rich, and very learned. He will possess cows. He will be esteemed by the king and he will be modest in his disposition.
