धनवान् निधने भोगी हिमगौ ज्ञानी प्रतापबहुलः स्यात्। धर्मप्रियोऽतिभाषी नवमे स्त्रीचञ्चलो धनाध्यक्षः॥१४॥

if at a birth the Moon occupy the 8th house, the person will enjoy life; he will be rich, intelligent and very powerful. He who is born with the Moon in the 9th house will be very garrulous and will long for women ; he will command immense wealth.
